Pakistani stock exchange king makers manifested that they are strong enough to repeat the 2005 crash. Recent May-June 2008 stock exchange crash is one of the biggest crashes during recent years. Many shares prices have reduced to half or even to one third within one month. During recent budget 2008-9 government exempted stock exchange from capital gain tax but no recovery is made yet. It looks that some interest groups are deliberately destabilizing the stock exchange. Government regulatory institutions have not played any decisive role yet. PPP and PML led coalition is not taking due interest in the resolution of the slump. I myself lost my half of invested money during this sudden collapse.

It is a myth that investor’s especially small investors could become rich by investing in stock exchange. Through reliable sources I learnt that many people lost all life savings in stock exchange business.
Instead people become richest people in the world by listing their companies in stock exchanges. It is a fact that earning though stock exchange is very difficult for common people since listed companies and stock representatives are very expert financial managers. They seek free loan for their companies while earning money for their companies by using investor’s money. Common investors cannot compete with these financial experts. However few good reliable companies provide profits to investors.
One grocery store shopkeeper told me that he cannot even think of investing in stock exchange. He told that in the past he purchased 5 Kg cooking oil packets in Rs. 550 and now its price has reached to Rs. 750. Similarly he purchased Rs. 60 per Kg rice and it quickly reached to Rs. 120 per Kg within months. Same profit he got from wheat flour. It clearly manifests that such general store runners get benefit of price hikes. He told that it is hundred percent secure investments since commodity prices never go down.
Pakistani stock exchange is facing criticism in the press due to instability, volatility and crashes. Further few elements in the press see recent budget tax exemptions as stock exchange broker’s ploy. While stock exchange circle claimed that they are already overtaxed. Daily Jinnah published a report that hundreds of people lost their all wealth due to their investments in stock exchange. Ironically, I turned our family’s all savings to one fourth by investing in Bahria Town. However I suffered considerable loss in recent stock exchange crash.

Unfortunately my biggest problem remained unresolved for many years. For this purpose I sent numerous letters and reminders. Present dispensation of justice brings new horizons of optimism. Good governments always take actions and resolve issues. I will always remember the consideration of present government if it facilitates reimbursement of my invested amount.
During the end the year 2004, I invested almost all of the hard earned money of our family in the purchasing of Bahria Town phase 9, Rawalpindi plot files. These were later merged into a single plot and transferred into phase 8, Rawalpindi plot. I purchased four such files and paid their installments. In this way I invested around Rs. 1,400,000 (Fourteen lac: 1.4 million) on this investment. Within few months its price came down to one fourth of the invested money. It was the time when well known stock exchange crash took place during March 2005. It manifested that paid price was considerably higher than the actual price of the land and there was huge artificial increase in prices. It was a great set back for us. In numerous television and newspaper advertisements, Bahria Town pledged security of investment and profit. This money is deposited in Bahria Town accounts for last three years and Bahria Town would have earned a lot of profit out of our invested money. We will be very happy if we get our originally invested money even without any profit. In the past, high level government officials provided compensation to such people who suffered great losses. My father was grade 19 WAPDA officer who served WAPDA for 41 years. I did job for 15 years after passing my M.Sc. in the year 1993. So it was all of our money which we saved during these years. How we can forget such a big loss? Taking into consideration all these justified arguments, it is requested that your good office facilitate return of at least our originally invested money.

Country is moving towards economic destruction. Every other citizen in the country is disappointed with the future of the country. Economic downfall can be analyzed by the solid fact that Pakistani stock exchange crashed badly within one month. Small investor’s money reduced to half. How we will earn livelihood for our children?
It is high time for national reconciliation. It is the time when people started to call names to ruling political party due to prices hike and economic slump. By the views of numerous people I learnt that people are extremely disappointed due to bad economic parameters. Ruling party should learn that most important thing for general public is their economic prosperity. Confrontation at government level is making things worse. President, PPPP, PML (N) and other parties should forget their differences for the betterment of millions of people. They should sit together to find solution to existing deadlock since country come first and personal grudges come later. In such worse situation no one will resist if marital law comes since political government is making things worse. Please stop economic downfall and save this nation from economic destruction since we are traveling in the same boat.

Government could have avoided stock exchange crash by announcing pre budget exemption of capital gain tax. It is only small investors who are suffering loses. Without any bias I will say that stock exchange is volatile business having many bad businessmen. Especially voice teasers in stock exchange keep personal grudge. Ideally country needs serious and responsible business people. Alas! Pakistan lack such businessmen and officials which are present in business and government sectors of USA and Europe. I hope good managers and officers will provide me full support for making things better. Believe me that I am working in such a bad conditions that few voice teasers of the area are calling me names and there is an environment of complete financial uncertainty.

Majority of people do not know about these scientific devices and consider such events as magic. For accomplishing evil vested interest, these devices are not introduced to general public. It is illegal power of one person on other and it promotes exploitation and crimes. Pakistan and world monopoly authorities should take notice on the use of such nefarious equipments.
Very inhuman devices are being used in our neighborhood. These include device that wake up from sleep with a shock by using rays shocks and electric jerks. Others include mind control and reading devices. These are electrometric and sonic devices. Often these signals emit from mobile phone towers and caused few big scandals in the world. These devices could show specific dreams and nightmares. These severely rebuked and abhorred devices are used by intelligence agencies. Now these devices reached to these people though corrupt employees of various departments and organizations. During my life I am greatly exploited by such nefarious technologies. It is an area where one cannot even think and breathe since they abusively speak and torture whenever I think something. Now it is more than one year since the time this persecution started.
Our home owners living in upper portion of our home and few other people living in nearby vicinity use these devices. You can imagine the cruelty of these people by observing the fact that innocent people including little children are living in this home. Our four and half year’s son cannot speak fluently due to the use of these devices. It is physical damage done to a small innocent child. It is murder attempt on our lives. These are extremely illegal devices and their use should be banned. Further I doubt that these people have links with terrorist's gangs. For combating all these crimes explained on this website, I took every humanly possible measure. Reported to every concerned department in Pakistan and around the world. Submitted application to the President of Pakistan and Governor of Punjab. Informed local Police station. It is also a formal open FIR and law enforcing agencies should take strict action for bringing this nefarious torture to an end. It is a high time that law enforcing agencies arrest these people and seize these harmful devices.

A big new threat to humanity is mind reading. It is very important to understand mind reading and its great disadvantages to civilized people of this world. Mind reading nullifies everything since mind readers could see what you see and it could read your every thought. Mind readers use mind reading devices which were built for medical and intelligence purposes. These devices read every thought of any person present in the area of half kilometer from these devices. In the presence of such brain reader’s privacy and intellectual property, rights have no meaning. Consider the importance of computer privacy, security and hundreds of software for ensuring the same. Therefore, there is no benefit of intellectual and privacy rights, which are extremely important for the development of human competition and dignity. International and national authorities should make laws for ensuring these rights.

I faced long-term continuous blackmailers, who are highly trained in their evil work. These blackmailers used all techniques including interference in personal affairs, character assignation and personality distortion. All these technology spread across Pakistan among cruel fundamentalists, nationalists and criminals. During my life I am greatly exploited by these technologies. These people even do not consider that being a father I am custodian of two small and innocent children. These mind readers and voice teasers give us great loss economically and socially. On one hand they isolated us socially and on other hand they stopped my economic development. They are so jealous and narrow minded that they could see our little happiness of every day life like eating good food and other innocent feelings of happiness. Very seldom such treatment is practiced in any country with any law abiding family having little innocent children. Pakistani expatriates are living excellent lives in foreign countries including Western and Arab world. Ironically I am facing such treatment in my own country.

Mind reading has reached to its highest level in Pakistan. Here in Tajpura scheme mind reading and subsequent torture is common. Here these criminals can read mind exactly as I think. It is an area where even thinking and breathing is difficult since they speak and torture whenever I think something. It is illegal power of one person on other and it promotes exploitation and crimes. I request my friends to transfer all type of technologies to me. In the past I am not given even technical help. It is negligence of duties on part of my old friends.

Bias against Urdu and English languages.

Often I speak Urdu language being national language of Pakistan. Although majority of civilized and educated people speak Urdu yet I felt bias against Urdu. There exist such people who say Bhaiya or Indian to those people who speak Urdu. It is very worrying situation since it is ethnic discrimination. What is the benefit of creation of Pakistan if different language speaker cannot live together peacefully? There are only small numbers of languages which are being spoken in Pakistan and still there is considerable discrimination. In advanced countries hundreds of language speakers live together side by side. I have felt ethnic and sectarian discrimination and violence. Although there are severe punishments for such discrimination and violence yet such criminals are persecuting people without any fear.
English is official while Urdu is National language of Pakistan. Bias exists against both languages especially against English being foreign language. There are many people at high lucrative positions who can not even speak Urdu language properly. These people promote regional language and specific interest groups. Since employment is provided on the basis of links, nepotism, political affiliation and bribe these people ensure position for their children through their regional interest groups.
Unfortunately development in Urdu language has stopped and it has become a static language. In previous century Urdu was evolved due to interaction of various languages and civilizations. Such an evolution is not taking place due to bias and preservation of local languages and interests. English language and regional languages words should be added and accepted in Urdu for making it more universal and acceptable language.

What will be the reply of innocent people if someone question them about the availability and condition of justice in Pakistan? During my life I observed that justice is either non-existent or insufficient. I say so because I am a myself a victim of crimes and corruption and instead of getting any help I am facing persecution. In old times, there was a cruel king who uses to loot those victims who came to him for seeking justice by ringing bells of his palace. How ridiculous it would be if police arrest those victims of crime who reach to them for telling about criminals. It is because of corruption and influence of criminals. Here either law enforcing agencies are corrupt or they do not have sufficient powers, abilities or capabilities to combat crimes. I lost my family and wealth due to unfortunate incidents. My mother died in WAPDA Hospital Tarbela Dam during the year 1984 when she was young woman. My 63 years old father, retired 19 grade WAPDA officer, mysteriously died on May 28, 2004 in his home located in Model Town, Lahore. In the year 2002, my 14 days old son died. His delivery and subsequent treatment were non satisfactory. In the end of the year 2004, I invested my 1,400,000 rupees in purchasing Bahria Town plot files. Still after passing of more than three years we have no hope of recovering our originally invested money. It was the all amount of our family for which our father worked for 41 years and I worked for 15 years. It was hard earned money from a remote and extremely productive hydro power project, Tarbela Dam. Now instead of getting any relief we are facing persecution. In the hope of finding any honest, righteous and conscientious officer I wrote to hundreds of national and international institutions. Now you could decide yourself whether justice exist in Pakistan. For sure, I did not get benefit of justice if it exists anywhere in Pakistan or elsewhere throughout the world.

Who are the worst people in the world? Consider my case. We are a small harmless family having two very little children. I do every thing in a legal way and remain busy in my work. Throughout my life I never committed any crime. Yet these teasers harass me. They are really hard people. Shocking feature of their personalities is their extreme jealousy and hatefulness. No nation in the world is so cruel that they persecute such families who are harmless and who work at home. No nations in the world harass harmless law abiding families. Many of these people consider non-muslims as worst people on earth while I believe that kind hearted and honest non-muslims are better than cruel and dishonest muslim. These teasers are criminals, extremists and terrorists irrespective of their posts or status. Through voices from our neighborhood, I am getting different type of threats. These include threats of giving bribe and threats of death. Most of these voices come from our neighbors homes. Any one could do it by disguising posts and names. These instructions and orders are slavery oriented. It is very agonizing and humiliating. Likewise, inquiries should be started against these criminals. They are Qabza (Who illegally try to take something by persecution) and Bhatta groups (Who demand bribe for living honorable life). These openly threats of committing crimes against me. I am victim of brain torture though voice teasing and mind reading. These people speak for blackmailing 24/7 "24 hours a day, 7 days a week". These people cause serious accidents. These people told that they are not human right activists but they kill. They confessed that they killed many people by their voice teasing. Such continuous voice teasing creates hysteria and craziness.

These people do not believe in reasoning and justice. It is situation of this area. People know these voice teasers very well. These people say that we are doing it on the instructions of one department and we are local people. However often they speak from upper portion of our homes in the vicinity. Often they use voices at very low frequency tones.
I am law-abiding and civilized person. I am highly educated degree holder businessman. My social and economical life is greatly disturbed. I have little children and I am only earner and patron of my family. We belong from middle class and we do not have our personal home or car. Such a treatment with a harmless family is very distressing and censurable. No one came in front of me for complaining neither I keep animosity with anyone.
These mind readers read our thoughts and conversation and respond by speaking and interfering in our personal affairs. Our life, property and honor are in danger. I am peaceful citizen. Although I am not rich yet I pay all applicable taxes and Zakat therefore it is duty of government to provide me all type of protection including protection of life, property and honor. I followed law through out my life and I fully believe in justice. I have not been given any notice and I am in darkness about this persecution. It is government duty to remove these people who have exploitative intensions and who have personnel grudge with me. Kindly provide them advice and education. Since it happened at many places so it looks that they are interlinked group of criminals. No remedy has been made despite number of requests. I am facing this punishment without committing any crime. Is it a free country? Is there any law and rule here? These people want to take money though persecution methods instead of earning through legal means. I am working for country welfare, peace, law and order. Now I am facing inexpressible difficulties due to this voice teasing. Please use your powers to remove these people and make things better for me in this home.

Cyber crimes ordinance is now approved. But like all other existing laws it is not practically implemented. Cyber criminals interfere in privacy by criminal mind reading and 24 hours monitoring and teasing. Such criminals keep eye not only on computer data, money and computer accounts but also they try to take bribe by blackmailing. Unfortunately such people are gathered around me. Despite severe laws they cannot be arrested because they are influential. Some of them belong to influential private and government departments.
Those elements which promote sabotage and destructive work are present in large numbers. They disconnect and disrupt services. Disruption of information could promote crimes and terrorism. It is a crime which falls in the category of sabotage and terrorism. They never do their own work instead they interfere in others work. While mind readers, voice teasers and disrupters are so rich that they never work. Instead they monitor my activities twenty four hours a day. They have no life other than monitoring other people’s thinking, work and activities.
These groups keep blackmailing record and books. These groups are connected and work through out the country. Our family is facing economic hardships due to these people. I am very unfortunate that I am facing this discriminatory treatment targeted only to me and my family having two little angels. Such criminals are endangering our life, property and honor. No action has been taken against them because they have small alliance of criminals backed by those people who are above law. Kindly send responsible and impartial officers in this area who could monitor activities of these dangerous sabotagers.

Many advance countries provide reasonable income for research work. Work present on internet is valuable research work. People should be rewarded for their constructive role. There is no doubt that think tanks, social workers, intellectuals and writers plays more important role than local politicians and councilors. Such people plays greater role in development and policy formulation not only at national level but also at international level. However, such people do not get any funds for spending on welfare works. Many of such people could not win elections due to many reasons. These reasons include poverty, displacements and linguistic or religious minority status.
Keeping in view great importance of internet, advanced countries provide prizes and paid research surveys over internet. Such opportunities are incentive for IT promotion. Often Television quiz programs distribute large number of prizes. Such programs rely on brain memory instead of creativity. There are less number of reliable online work at home jobs over internet. Education through emailing is good idea. This type of education is based on internet and it depends upon intellectual abilities of teachers.
I would suggest that world organizations and national governments approve these recommendations so that those people who are playing their role by writing for constructive purposes could get funds for their own livelihood as well as for welfare works. Such approvals would ensure good living conditions for such people who donate their work over internet.

This article is written with a purpose of making it reference article for understanding fundamentalism, extremism and Pakistani society. This article defines and illustrates fundamentalism, extremism and Pakistani society in general. It is based on my personal observations, experiences and understandings. This article will greatly help world scholars, research makers and national intellectuals in the understanding of topic. It is based on authentic information and unbiased outlook. It tells story of weaknesses and reasons of downfall of Pakistani society. What triggered me for writing this article? When I came here, I faced great difficulties. Root cause of these problems were in fundamentalism, extremism, corruption, crimes and poverty. Within broader perspective, all these evils look interrelated. These evils grow in such circumstances that have bad system of government having corrupt employees. I faced many bureaucratic difficulties in my works. In order to indicate these difficulties and for presenting solutions to high government officials, I started to write on internet. Result was stunning for me. Instead of removal of these difficulties, many people surrounded me by influencing my neighbors. Therefore, blackmailing and threats started through voices. It was due to my bad understating of system, which is heavily in favor of corrupts. I thought that authorities would take quick actions by removing faults. However, my expectations did not prove true. Later I learnt that our system is interconnected that relies on each other. Secondly, such elements were powerful enough for taking me over. I learnt regarding different facets of fundamentalism and extremism and found that half of them are due to wrong believes and half of them are being used deliberately for committing crimes including looting and exploitation. Others are using people believes for achieving their motives. Fabrics of our society are built on intolerance and ideology of hatred. Living in such societies is not easy. You cannot take life for granted in these societies since civic sense and sense of responsibility are lacking or non-existent. I remember life of my father. He was retired officer. He was living in a simple way. Although he was not an ideal person, yet he was harmless for others. By using ethnic weaknesses, criminals got him. He died in mysterious circumstances.

Many facets of fundamentalism and extremism produce terrorism, killings, exploitation and deprivation. For example, learning such believes that killing Non-Muslims and sinners provide ticket for heaven. These fundamentalist kill Non-Muslims and sinners being part of their beliefs. Such killings not only satisfy their beliefs but also give them some kind if economic advantage. Often main purpose of such killings is economic in nature. They use beliefs as a pretext for justifying their actions along with giving satisfaction to their souls. For example by declaring someone infidel or sinner they conduct certain act of terrorism or violence.

One reason of extremism is dreadfulness of people. Due to lack of proper education and guidance, these people are very hateful. Extremism and anger is part of their personality. Bomb blasts are common in our society. These things are visible in extremist form of violence. In extreme anger and insanity, these people dance over dead bodies of those people to whom they kill. By using coercion, they let women move and dance naked in bazaars after raping them. Such people keep animosity after fighting with anyone. There remain very violent groups in our society like hammer, stone and brick groups who use to crush heads by using hammer or stone. These days such group is active in Lahore who crushes heads of sleeping people. Very few societies in the world have such extremist. You could imagine that such people could go to all levels and they could cross all limits. By observing people here, I reached to the conclusion that such things happens due to non-serious and irresponsible people and employees. Unfortunately, mind readers and voice teasers here are non-serious and irresponsible people.

Moral values of nations-Lack of tolerance and civilized behavior nullify all advancements.

Moral values have great importance for nations. I am extremely disappointed with the rudeness and obduracy of voice teasers in Tajpura Scheme, my residence locality. These people lack enlightenment and education and act like brute people. I am envious of civilized behavior, calm and serenity of advanced countries and many other better nations. Even Pakistani nation is not as bad but these limited numbers of people. However majority of people do not stop bad people from harassment. Reforming moral values is a challenge for our educational institutions, media and press, law enforcing agencies and intellectuals.

Despite my clear explanations and advices these people are not changing their attitude. Inspire of doing their work they sit on me for breaking my nerves for blackmailing purposes. These mind readers and voice teasers use weaknesses of nerves and thoughts for blackmailing purposes. How such nation can make progress since it is only work of people living here. As we know from history of world civilizations that as a final measure, prophets use to ask God for death and destruction for such people in case of years of obduracy of such ignorant people. In this age I consider good people and intellectuals as great gods of society. Unfortunately such people have little value in Pakistan.

Unfortunately, Pakistan is amongst top corrupt countries in the world. Pakistan needs such a political government which could control corruption in public and private sector including government and private employees. Corruption is so widely available that it is even present in common private people. One WAPDA employee told me that almost every employee of government departments is making money by hook or crook. One person in the vicinity told that anti-corruption departments are corrupt themselves. I could tackle corruption since I know public and private bureaucracy well but I cannot contest election due to few reasons including lack of sufficient money and needed links.

I am facing such blackmailers and corrupt people in my vicinity. I noted that they reached to our home owners through different departments by considering me a weak prey. Such people do not come in front of me due to the fear of accountability. There hideous activities must be stopped. These people are master of blackmailing. Instead of doing any productive work they only sit on other people. Despite my indications no decisive action is taken against these people. Funds are needed to combat such corrupt groups. Please take note that I have written and sending this article by burring my blood and by consuming my own personal money.

Pakistan Ranks number 138 out of 179 world countries- Law and order, crimes and corruption.

According to Transparency International report of 2007, Pakistan is still at number 42 in the list of most corrupt countries so Pakistan ranks number 138 out of 179 provided countries in Corruption Perception Index (CPI). Crimes index present almost same index situation. I only talk of events of which I am witness myself. Although people of Lahore are comparatively better learned about bomb terrorism threats murders, lootings and thefts are common. My home owners living in upper portion of our home and some other people of this vicinity have criminal speaking madness syndrome. They have become fanatics since they speak twenty four hours a day in our personal affairs. Due to unfair interest in me and my family they criminally interfere in our affairs. No action has been taken against them since they are above law and they have backing of some criminal type of employees. No improvement will take place unless government and other institutions terminate these employees. I am among distinguished people who make policies for people security and welfare yet they do not respect me. Principally no protection should be provided to such people against crimes and terrorism.

If I come to power at any stage of my life, I would make this country heaven by economic revolution and civil rights reforms. Everyone will be free from fear, coercion and harassment. Interference in private lives will finish. Everyone in the country will have right to earn their livelihood irrespective of their works and abilities. Future of every family and child would be secure. No one would feel insecure and anxious.

New financial and property rights will be introduced. Every citizen will be insured so that they get remedy in case of theft of any other emergency. These days many agencies and government servants give impression that government does not have ability to pay salaries of government servants despite the fact that our country’s foreign exchange reserves are at highest level. Unfortunately most of this money is spent on luxuries of government. I would reduce taxes by reducing the strength of military and civil bureaucracy. According to Transparency International report of 2007, Pakistan is still at number 42 in the list of most corrupt countries. Obliviously 137 out of 179 countries are better than Pakistan while Pakistan is on number 138 on Corruption Perception Index (CPI). For minimizing corruption, I will ensure transparency in government and private departments especially in those departments which deal with money of people and investors.

I would revolutionize the political system by reducing ruling term to four years or I will introduce midterm elections as a check on ruling party. Politics will not remain restricted to few rich families and politics of legacy will diminish. I would minimize imports and exports for achieving self-reliance. Export of many necessary items increase inflation since their export cause shortage of food in the country.

It is just an overview of a scenario since I have a complete well-ordered structure of governance in my mind. Situation of country did not improve because I witnessed chaos, interference in personal lives and economic and social persecution in this region of Tajpura Scheme.

Monetary information leakage in Pakistani investment and financial institutions.

During my investment and interaction, I found that there is a lot of financial information leakage in Pakistani investment and financial institutions. Pakistan needs very stable and transparent financial and investment institutions for the betterment of its economy and for the welfare of valued investors and customers. During my investments and interactions, I faced dangers due to corrupt employee’s interferences. Although these institutions are very stable and I did not face any corruption directly but I found environment of uncertainty and rumors. Due to leakage of information by the hands of employees of these institutions, I am facing harassment, voice teasing and coercion from the hands of few people of this locality. For this reason, financial and investment institutions should not only provide confidentiality to their investors and customers but also they should afford protection of life, property and honor for their customers and investors. They may increase their transaction fees in order to avoid corruption. In this way, those people who believe in fair business and fair dealings will be able to protect their interests and future of their families. It is also a step forward towards promoting transparency in Pakistan, where people could conduct their business in a free, fair and independent environment without any fear, harassment and interference.

Emailing is safe, harmless and authentic softest form of information for noble causes; I cannot locate and understand voice teaser’s objectives.

Emailing is softest and very harmless means of information. Email is considered as spam if it has no meaning. Therefore, purpose and quantity of mailing is important. It promotes friendship, co-operation and goodwill. It could be used for fighting against coercion and for promotion of noble values. I send articles on various issues for the purpose of reforms and betterment. Sometimes very important and relevant sometimes very trivial.

These day people in our neighborhood are trying to take bribe and unfair advantage from me by using voice threats. I can neither locate them nor could I understand their objectives clearly. These voice teasers told that we take money by humiliating people. Money extraction by disgracing and humiliating is cheap and uncivilized method. However, I am ready to help anyone if any deserving person comes to me. I will advise these people that they contact me through phone or email so that I could understand their identity and demands clearly.

Response rate on internet is very discouraging. There should be such people who could reply messages, especially those messages, which fall in the category of duty and responsibility and which are relevant and necessary. Replying on internet is more safe and authentic.

In the age when almost everyone is making money by hook and crook, situation has reached to this level that many people never testify truth unless someone give bribe to them. In order to save my self from corrupt people I keep well documented proves of every action. Many good institutions declared me as most documented person.

Many times, I was deprived from good positions due to use of different pretexts. Often corrupt people and official use these methods in order to take precedence over brilliant people. Such things indicate downfall of institutions and nations and result in their ultimate destruction or take over by external forces. I am superior than corrupt officials in the competition of over all transparency, law abidance, crimes occurrence and supremacy of behavior.

Defects in traditional rigid employment and partnership methods of government and international organizations.

There is consensus on many evident defects in government employment policies. These include age restrictions and non-assessment of honesty parameters. Looking at miseries of older people and families, there should not be any age restriction in employment procedures. Due to early promotions, very young officers have reached to very lucrative higher positions with high salaries. Government does not use innovative methods of employment like having freelancer employees or promoting partnerships. International organizations and rich governments, donor agencies and AID agencies only recognize NGO’s as their partners. They should extend their partnership to dynamic individuals and freelancers. It is blamed that all resources of these organizations benefit rich people.

Utility bills payers, avoiders and concessionaires-support of government partners.

There are three categories of domestic utility users. First category is of those people who pay all bills regularly. Second category is of avoiders who either pay regular bribe to electricity linemen or other employees of utility organizations or avoid bills by changing meter readings. The worst thing is that there are many concessionaires other than employees. Often children and families of died employees continue to hold concessions by doing paper arrangements. People of category like me who pay bills regularly care about unit charging rates and abnormalities. Payers being government partners should get fair dealings and business support.

People these days discuss security of life, business investment and reasons of corruption in Pakistan. I consider alarming population growth as greatest obstacle in the way of prosperity of people. According to people believes and traditions families bear as many children as they could. Consequently, they use every fair or unfair method to feed their families including fraud, looting and bribes etc. Other rich groups resort to corruption for the maintenance of luxurious way of life and lust .Few even sometimes kill other people for the sake of money.

I have observed great violation of Article 12 of the universal declaration of human rights generally in Pakistan and especially in big cities like Lahore. In the city of Lahore, many people and seducer including women take more interest in women and interfere in the private life of other people. Unfortunately, out of bad motives, many people try to interact with women rather then men. In Pakistan, many people try to influence family women in order to destabilize families for achieving their objectives.

Article 12 of universal declaration human rights states “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks”

Ironically, even some government servants violate this law due to criminal motives and lack of knowledge. Mainly it is because of lack of awareness and people ignorance of their rights. Many wrongdoers try to take unnecessary advantage of people ignorance of law.

Muslim Women and Computer Information Technology.

According to user trends more than seventy percent of users use internet for friendship, chatting, sex and pornographic material. On the other hand, there is no information technology without internet and there is no internet without these contents. Orthodox muslim women do not like these contents. Even very small numbers of modern women are liberal enough to use internet for these purposes.

Muslim Women and Computer Information Technology is an important topic, which has two, dimensions one inspirational or educational and other practical. As far as women computer education and motivation is concerned, it is promoted a lot in recent years. However, very small numbers of IT educated women are utilizing their education for employment especially in a mixed environment of men and women. The reason for this trend is that internet has majority of those contents that are not considered good for orthodox muslim women.

ELECTION AND NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL REFORMS SUBMITTED TO PRESIDENT.

In national interest, I submit few elections and representative reforms to President, United Nations and Election Commission. Democratically these reforms are significant for middle and poor class people who could not be elected through traditional democratic system but possess great ability of governance, analyzing, monitoring and jurisdiction. It is well known that in a traditional election system no one could be elected democratically unless they possess considerable wealth, particular family background and few aggressive characteristics. Language and religious factors also count for example it is difficult for Urdu speaking person to win election from a cities like Lahore which have majority of Punjabi language speaking people. Similarly there are people like me who change many places due to father service etc and such people could not gather political support from an area where they did not live for long time. Middle class intellectuals who know about society a great deal and possess great abilities should be included in assemblies and national security council. Election Commission should make adjustment for including these people on priority basis as they have criterion for inclusion of women and minorities on preferential basis.

E-GOVERNANCE IN THE WORLD AND SPECIAL THANKS.

E-Governance is playing a great role in dispensing many functions of governmental workings all around the world. I continued to provide very useful information free due to numerous gestures of good will and for overall benefit of vital interests of humanity and nations.

Unfortunately, Pakistani government is not as effective in email responses and functioning of daily routines over internet. In recent months, two government officers impressed me by performing government duty by sending me informative emails. One Senate officers informed me about successful candidates of Senate recent election. One officer of Urdu Language Authority informed me about Microsoft Office Urdu language interface download.

Being a tolerant muslim I will advice muslims to show generosity and openness in our religion. There are many who strongly criticize modern women dressing make up etc. These people also criticize men for wearing western dress and clean shave etc. Such a attitude make people scared of Islam. Instead of these prejudices we should make Pakistan peaceful and just society and we should hate terrorism and corrupt people.

Islam is considered as synonym for terrorism in many western countries. It is not true as for as Islamic teachings are concerned. Most of Islamic teachings are parallel to International human rights regulations. Here main barrier is that muslims are not observing them. For instance many muslims in Pakistan are inclined to extremism, fundamentalism and greediness. Basic rights of life and property do not have prime importance here. On the contrary Islam considers life so sacred that it judges killing of one human being unjustly equal to killing of all humanity. Islamic sense does not imply coercion and exploitations in the implementation of its laws. In these days more lethal are considered more powerful rather than people using reasoning. In this case no one can take stand against use of force. There are many contradictions in our society. While many are persecuted or legally punished for sexual affairs others are having sex with impunity.
